We want you to love your Damson Madder pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Drop Off

  Generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code through the portal and drop your package at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
